This policy defines how you may and may not use SysOS. It protects all customers and the integrity of the platform.

Permitted use

Use the service for legitimate business operations within your subscription and applicable law.

Prohibited activities

• Attempting to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the service without authorization.
• Uploading malware or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Reselling or sublicensing access in violation of your agreement.
• Overloading the service or circumventing rate limits.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the data you upload and must have the rights to use it.

Enforcement

• We may investigate suspected violations.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.

Reporting abuse

If you observe misuse, report it through your workspace administrator so it can be escalated promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy to address new risks; continued use means acceptance.
