Reading Your Usage and Analytics

SysOS surfaces analytics so you can understand activity and stay within your plan. This guide explains where to look and how to read the numbers.

The dashboard

The Dashboard rolls up activity across modules into one overview, making it the fastest way to gauge how busy your workspace is.

• Open the Dashboard from the sidebar.
• Scan the summary widgets for each module.

Sales and reporting analytics

The Sales module includes reporting and forecasting views.

• Review revenue and order trends.
• Use forecasting to anticipate demand.

Plan limits

Some plans cap usage. Watch your activity against your plan so you can upgrade before you hit a ceiling.

Tips

• Check the Dashboard at the start of each week.
• Compare trends over time rather than reacting to a single day.
