Account data: name, work email, and role.
Workspace data: the records you create within modules.
Usage data: logs and metrics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

To provide and maintain the service.
To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
To communicate about your account and transactional events.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors that help us run the service, under contract, and only as needed.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.

Submit requests through your workspace administrator.
We respond within a reasonable, lawful timeframe.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. See the Data Processing and Retention article for detail.
