Managing Payments and Billing

This guide explains how billing works in SysOS, including payment status and what happens if a payment is missed.

Where to manage billing

• Open the Subscriptions page to see your plan and billing status.
• Workspace administrators manage billing; other roles cannot.

Payment status

Your workspace has a paid-through date. As long as it is current, all your plan's modules stay available.

Missed payments

If a payment is missed, SysOS does not cut you off immediately.

• A grace period begins after the paid-through date.
• During the grace period, the workspace keeps working with reminders.
• After the grace period, the workspace is paused until payment resolves.

The paused state

A paused workspace shows a clear screen explaining the status. Your data is safe and is restored the moment billing is brought current.

Tips

• Keep a valid payment method on file to avoid interruptions.
• Watch for billing reminder emails sent to administrators.
• Resolve a paused workspace by completing the outstanding payment.
