Tracking Your Fleet with GPS

Logistics and Fleet manages your vehicles and shows their live location through GPS telematics. This guide covers adding vehicles and reading the live map.

Add a vehicle

• Open the Logistics & Fleet module.
• Click New vehicle and enter the plate, model, and assigned driver.
• Save to add it to your fleet list.

Track GPS live

The Track GPS view plots every connected vehicle on a live map, updating as telematics data arrives.

• Open Track GPS from the Fleet module.
• Watch vehicles move in near real time.
• Click a vehicle to see its current status and last update.

Maintenance and assignment

• Assign each vehicle to a driver from your Employees list.
• Record maintenance and keep documents attached to the vehicle record.

Tips

• Keep plate numbers accurate; they key the telematics feed.
• Use the fleet list to spot vehicles that have not reported recently.
