Installing SysOS on a Tablet (PWA)

SysOS installs as a Progressive Web App on iPad and Android tablets, giving you a full-screen, app-like experience with no app store required.

Why install the PWA

• Full-screen, distraction-free interface tuned for touch.
• A home-screen icon that launches straight into your workspace.
• The same live data as the web app, always up to date.

Install on iPad (Safari)

• Open your workspace URL in Safari.
• Tap the Share button.
• Choose Add to Home Screen and confirm.

Install on Android (Chrome)

• Open your workspace URL in Chrome.
• Tap the menu (three dots).
• Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Touch experience

The interface is designed for tablets: large tap targets, themed native controls, and no pinch-zoom surprises.

Tips

• Log in once; your session persists between launches.
• Add the icon to your dock for one-tap access.
• For the desktop, a signed native macOS app is also available.
