SysOS bundles a multi-provider mailbox and a company intranet so communication lives alongside your operations. This guide introduces both.

The Email module

Email is a per-employee, tenant-scoped mailbox that connects to your providers.

• Open the Email module.
• Connect a mailbox and view your conversations.
• Compose, reply, and organize without leaving SysOS.

The intranet hub

The Intranet is your internal hub for company communication and resources.

• Newsroom: post and read company announcements.
• Knowledge: keep internal documentation employees can search.
• Devices: track devices issued to staff.

Employee portal

Employees access the intranet through a portal with its own login, branded per tenant.

Tips

• Use the newsroom for announcements everyone should see.
• Keep the knowledge base current so the helpdesk gets fewer repeat questions.
• Intranet branding is configured per tenant in the workspace settings.
