Managing Suppliers and Inventory
The Supply Chain module covers suppliers, products and inventory, purchase orders, and warehouses. This guide ties them together end to end.
Add suppliers
- Open the Supply Chain module and go to Suppliers.
- Click New supplier and complete the record, including contact and terms.
- Save to make the supplier selectable on purchase orders.
Manage products and inventory
- Open Products & Inventory.
- Add products with SKUs and stock levels.
- Track on-hand quantities per warehouse.
Raise a purchase order
- Go to Purchase Orders and click New PO.
- Pick a supplier and add the products and quantities you need.
- Send the PO and track it from draft to received.
Warehouses
Warehouses let you track stock by location.

Tips
- Define warehouses before adding inventory so stock has a home.
- Reuse the shared Product table across Supply Chain and Sales.
