Sandbox vs. Production
Understand the difference between testing in Sandbox mode and running live transactions in Production.
What is Sandbox?
The Sandbox environment is a safe testing space that simulates real-world behavior without processing actual money or data.

What is Production?
Production runs live transactions against real accounts and real payment rails. Use it only after you have verified your integration in Sandbox.

Switching Between Environments
Toggle the active environment in your workspace settings. API keys are scoped per environment, so a Sandbox key never touches Production data.
Going Live
When you are ready, request Production access and complete the verification checklist. Once approved, swap your Sandbox keys for Production keys and you are live.
