Setting Up Your Workspace
A workspace is your company's isolated environment in SysOS, with its own data, users, and branding. This guide walks you through the first ten minutes.
Create your workspace
Your workspace is created automatically when you complete signup. Every workspace gets a dedicated subdomain in the form yourcompany.sysos.app.
- Sign up at the public onboarding page and confirm your email.
- Choose your company name, which seeds your subdomain.
- Pick a subscription plan (you can change this later).
First steps after login
Once you land on the Dashboard, complete these foundational tasks in order:
- Open Settings and set your company name, locale, and time zone.
- Upload your logo and set your brand color so the app and emails match your identity.
- Invite your first teammates from Users (see the dedicated guide on roles).
Understand the navigation
The left sidebar groups every module by section. Modules you do not use can be hidden per plan or per role, keeping the interface focused.
Tips
- The Dashboard gives a roll-up of activity across modules; pin it as your home.
- Use the global search to jump to any record without browsing menus.
- The app is also available as an installable PWA on tablets and as a native macOS app.
